Featuring an oil-rubbed bronze finish paired with amber glass shades, this classic traditional floor lamp boasts a flexible reader arm on the side for additional targeted lighting.
Standing at an overall height of 72 1/2 inches, this torchiere floor lamp has a 12-inch base and a side light arm that extends up to 15 inches from the pole. The top shade measures 16 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches high, while the side shade is 5 inches wide by 5 inches long. Weighing in at 28 lbs, the lamp is equipped with an 8-foot long cord.
For the main light, the fixture accommodates one maximum 150-watt standard-medium base bulb. The reading light utilizes one maximum 40-watt standard-medium base bulb (bulbs not included). An on-off rotary switch at the neck controls the top light, and it is connected to a limiting box on the cord with a 180-watt limit to prevent overloading. This switch should be left in the on position and not used as an on-off switch.
The adjustable gooseneck arm allows for easy positioning of the reading light, which has its own on-off rotary switch on the side lamp head, independent of the other two switches.

Recommended bulb types for the top light include incandescent, LED, halogen, or CFL in an A21 shape with a standard-medium base. These bulbs can be dimmable with compatible dimmers and bulbs, sold separately. For the reading lamp, the same bulb types in an A19 shape with a standard-medium base can be used, also dimmable with compatible equipment.
It is important to note that when handling halogen bulbs, they should not be touched with bare hands, as this can lead to premature bulb failure.
